The commercial and service rules for using Telzee
These Terms of Service describe the baseline agreement between Telzee and customers using the service. They are intended to clarify billing, acceptable use, and service responsibilities.
1. Service scope
Telzee provides a hosted business communications platform that may include phone numbers, call routing, voicemail, transcription, SMS handling, recording, billing management, and related administrative tools.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality of their communications, recordings, disclosures, contact data, opt-in practices, message content, and use of any telephone numbers connected to the service. Customers are also responsible for securing their account credentials and internal access.
3. Billing and renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Usage overages, additional numbers, taxes, and other applicable charges may be billed separately according to the customer's configured plan and service activity.
4. Availability and third-party dependencies
Telzee depends on third-party infrastructure and communications providers. Service availability can be affected by upstream vendor outages, carrier constraints, fraud controls, compliance requirements, and customer configuration issues.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, fraud risk, abuse, compliance issues, unlawful communications activity, or misuse of the service. Customers may cancel in accordance with their billing settings and portal configuration.
