How Telzee handles data

We also collect service data needed to operate Telzee, including phone numbers, call records, voicemail recordings, voicemail transcripts, SMS content, porting information, and support communications.

4. Call recordings, voicemails, and messages
Customers are responsible for ensuring their own lawful use of recordings, greetings, disclosures, messages, and customer contact data. Telzee may store and process recordings, voicemail content, transcripts, and messages to provide dashboard playback, notifications, and related product functionality.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the service and customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and customers remain responsible for securing their own endpoints, credentials, and internal workflows.
